This role combines strong design execution with growing creative leadership. The Design Manager is responsible for executing creative assets and overseeing the visual integrity and delivery of multi-channel design projects while mentoring team members, owning art direction where relevant, and serving as a key point of contact across creative, strategy, and client services. A critical part of this role is understanding the visual and technical demands of marketing materials specific to luxury real estate and hospitality.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead the creative development of brand-aligned projects from concept to execution — across digital and print
- Guide and support graphic designers, helping shape their output and professional development
- Art direct project work to meet the visual and strategic brief
- Develop all real estate marketing materials with precision, ensuring assets such as fact sheets, floor plans, brochures, and buyers’ guides are accurate, brand-aligned, and production-ready
- Review and sign off on creative work at various stages, maintaining high quality control
- Collaborate with strategy and accounts teams to translate briefs into actionable creative direction and help manage timelines and deliverables
- Contribute to art direction for photo shoots, video content, and digital campaigns when needed
- Liaise with developers and motion designers on the rollout of web and digital deliverables
- Support resource planning, time tracking, and overall workflow coordination for the design team
Skills & Knowledge
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and experience with Figma or other digital tools
- Deep understanding of luxury branding, tone of voice, and visual interpretation
- Experience with digital and print execution — including working knowledge of production specs for high-end printed materials
- Ability to lead projects that span a wide range of real estate collateral — including floor plans, brochures, signage, buyers' guides, fact sheets, and campaign materials
- Strong understanding of web design principles and ability to collaborate with developers
- Experience with creative production, including photo/film shoot direction
- Working knowledge of budget awareness, time tracking, and studio workflow tools
- Confident in leading internal creative reviews and presenting to cross-functional teams
- Real Estate knowledge is a must
