The Role:

  • - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple initiatives to meet daily deadlines

  • - Taking responsibility for work streams
  • - Confident and personable both on the phone and face to face
  • - London based with the ability to travel
  • - Use of Word & Excel

You will be supporting the Development Project Manager. Some of your key tasks will include:
  • - Conducting residential benchmarking research for our clients
  • - Conducting market research in a variety of other areas
  • - Preparing press reviews
  • - Coordination and preparation of project meetings and calls
  • - Taking minutes during meetings and calls
  • - Follow up and liaison with third parties for operational and commercial actions
  • - Compiling weekly reports

Location: London, UK
Hours: full time, 40 per week
