Sorores London are looking to appoint a Junior Project Manager to work within their development team.

The successful candidate will possess the following skills:
• A passion for the high-end hospitality and real estate sector
• Keen interest in luxury hotels, spas, restaurants
• Ideally experience in project management
• Clear communication & teamwork mentality
• Excellent writing skills and research capabilities
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Can-do attitude
• Great organisational, time-management and project planning skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple initiatives to meet daily deadlines
• Be able to use initiative
• Taking responsibility for work streams
• Confident and personable both on the phone and face to face
• London based with the ability to travel
• Use of Word & Excel

You will be supporting the Development Project Manager. Some of your key tasks will include:
• Conducting residential benchmarking research for our clients
• Conducting market research in a variety of other areas
• Preparing press reviews
• Coordination and preparation of project meetings and calls
• Taking minutes during meetings and calls
• Follow up and liaison with third parties for operational and commercial actions
• Compiling weekly reports
