Kerry founded Sorores in 2013, drawing on a career spanning senior roles at BT, Candy & Candy, and as co-founder of 1508 London. A recognised leader in ultra-prime real estate, luxury design, and branded residential development, she has built Sorores into a trusted partner for the world’s leading developers, operators, and investment houses. With a global network and deep expertise in marketing, business development, and interior design, Kerry leads the commercial and creative strategies behind world-class hospitality and residential ventures, working with clients such as Kerzner International and Cain International to deliver projects that resonate with ultra-high-net-worth audiences.
Sapphy Bond
Operations Director
Sapphy is Operations Director at Sorores, responsible for driving the strategic direction and overall excellence of Sorores' and client's projects. Having visibility across the Sorores client portfolio, Sapphy supports in defining and executing long-term vision and strategic plans, ensuring alignment with market trends, brand expectations, and client needs throughout the development process.
Christiane Allen Iglesias
Head of Marketing
Bringing over a decade of experience in luxury real estate marketing and branding, Christiane has held director-level roles with multiple developers, leading marketing strategies for high-profile projects. She has spearheaded campaigns for prestigious branded residences, including Missoni, developed by OKO Group—the owner of Aman—where she served as marketing director. With a global perspective shaped by her work in Miami, New York, and London, she specialises in crafting strategic, high-impact campaigns that elevate luxury brands.
Florence Horner
Senior Consultant
Florence is a Chartered Surveyor, joining Sorores after 6 years at Savills where she specialised in office agency across Greater London. Having now transitioned into the residential development sector, Florence applies her experience to support clients on a variety of projects. Florence offers strategic guidance on all commercial aspects of development, streamlining processes to ensure efficiency and preparing products for a successful market launch. She helps clients navigate the entire development journey, from initial concept to final delivery.
